Official mediaResonance of Fate Combat Guide: Hero Action & Tri-Attack
Master Resonance of Fate combat with Hero Action runs, Tri-Attack setups, the Bezel system, scratch versus direct damage, gauge breaks, and boss strategy tips.
Combat in Resonance of Fate is a hybrid of turn-based structure and gun-action execution. Hero Action lets a hunter sprint and leap across the battlefield while the gauge burns down. Machine guns strip enemies with scratch damage that fades over time; handguns and grenades convert it into direct damage. Resonance Points line up Tri-Attacks, and the bezel-driven hero gauge punishes reckless runs when it empties. These guides cover each mechanic, the difficulty levels, arena ranks, and every major boss encounter.
Scratch, then finish
Scratch damage fades unless direct damage lands on top of it. Open with machine gun fire, then finish with handguns before the scratch heals away.
